The answer is YES!  HOWEVER, remember that this work is about YOU, it’s your choice, your power, your life, your being.  No one can do this work for you, and I will just be the conduit to you achieving your desired outcome. 

This means that you show up in the coaching sessions, and you work as hard as I do. 

You must be willing to look at things that are difficult to face; be honest – with yourself and with me; be open to trying new ways (because those old ways aren’t working so well anymore, are they?); commit to taking your next agreed smallest step that will help you to move forward between sessions (you choose the step); acknowledge and record your new perspectives and insights so you can apply them in your daily life.

You have to continue doing the work between sessions – keep your agreements, take that smallest step to move forward, be alert for blocks that might come up and don’t let them stop you, take note of any new self limiting thoughts that come up and bring them to your next coaching session so we can handle them.
